Yoga can be done almost anywhere (boardroom, lunch room) and people of completely different fitness levels and ages can participate.

Yoga at your conference, workshop or special Event:

Organisations are introducing yoga classes into their day long conferences and seminars.

A perfect break during the day or an early morning session your staff and delegates will be thrilled to have a professional yoga teacher relax and rejuvenate them.

In House Massage:

Massage plays a vital role in stress management for your staff in today's face-paced society.   Offering massage to your staff is a form of relaxation and stress management relief at your workplace and the focus is on the head, neck and shoulders.   Massages take place in the office with the client fully clothed and without oils - although we do incorporate aromatherapy to enhance the experience. Each massage session can last anywhere from 5 - 20 mins per person, although we do encourage 15-20mins for optimum benefits.

Other options:

One on One Massage session - choose from 30mins to an hour to relax tight muscles and soothe your soul.   We can work from a dedicated space - on a massage table or seated massage chair - the choice is yours -and we include soothing music and oils to create an a relaxing environment - whilst tension is massaged away.
